sloughi living habits
Like the Saluki, the sloughi are considered family members in their own country. Even when they die, the family will mourn for them. In appearance and behavior, the sloughi closely resembles the Saluki. The only difference is that their coat is smooth and dense. Sand and fawn coats provide ideal camouflage when hunting animals such as gazelles, hares, and broad-eared foxes. Due to their natural alertness, sloughi can be aggressive towards strangers. It is best not to keep them at home with children, as they have a somewhat neurotic temper. It is better to keep them in a quiet atmosphere.

1. Prevent bacterial contamination: Fresh food should be prepared at any time, and leftover food should not be placed in the food utensils and ignored.
2. Prevent bacteria from multiplying: Leftover food from pet dogs must be moved to an airtight container and stored at low temperature. Generally speaking, if stored in a refrigerator below 50°, bacteria will not multiply in a short time.
3. Sterilization: Staphylococcus is extremely resistant to heat and cannot be sterilized even if heated. But Salmonella or Vibrio Enteritidis can be prevented by heating. Botox will be destroyed when heated at 80o; C for 15 minutes. Therefore, food that is suspicious must be fully heated and conditioned to prevent the occurrence of poisoning.
4. Things that must be paid attention to: For pesticides, rodenticides and other toxic substances, various chemical substances, household cleaners, bleaching agents, etc., attention should be paid to the preservation and management. In the unfortunate event of accidental ingestion and poisoning, the cause must be found out as soon as possible, and appropriate judgment, treatment and care must be carried out.
