Why does the puppy often vomit?

Why does the puppy often vomit?

In the process of raising puppies, there will always be vomiting for some reasons, and many owners will feel nervous about it. Let’s talk about what causes puppies to often vomit?

1. Physiological reasons

What is the reason why dogs often vomit? Some of them are summarized in physiology, which is very simple. If our dogs vomit soon after eating, and most of the vomit is food, then they eat the cooked food back into their stomachs, which belongs to a more normal reason. This has no great impact on the body of dogs, and they do not need to take medicine or see a doctor.

2. The esophagus is blocked

What is the reason why dogs often vomit? It may be because when it eats some food that is not allowed to eat, its esophagus is blocked. If it eats more food later, it will vomit because of blocked esophagus, and it will stretch its neck all the time. Most of the vomit is saliva, and there will be no food. Most of the things that can jam the dog‘s esophagus are substances with strong hardness, such as bones. If it is shallow, we can take out the foreign body. If it is deep, we need to see a doctor.

3. Gastric ulcer

If a dog vomits something yellow and green, it means that it may vomit some bile. At this time, there must be some problems in its intestines or stomach. In most cases, the dog has gastric ulcer. It needs to take the dog to see a doctor in time for treatment, otherwise it will cause more serious diseases.

4. Gastric bleeding

If the dog spits out something, it is the color of the coffee we usually drink, but it is different from the color of the feed, and it is not like the color of the food it eats. At this time, we can make a preliminary diagnosis. It may be stomach bleeding. Because the color of gastritis in dogs is coffee. At this time, we can give it some anti-inflammatory drugs first, and then the food we eat should be as light as possible, not too spicy, and some meat food should not be eaten in the future, so that it can recover slowly.

The above are some explanations about the reasons for puppy vomiting. In the face of different problems, we must take corresponding measures. I hope everyone will not panic when encountering the same problem.
