PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Animal lovers flocked to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center this weekend for this year’s Pittsburgh Pet Expo.
Pet owners can pamper their furry friends at what is considered the largest pet expo in the country. Organizers told KDKA-TV that those who come out can experience contests, demonstrations and hundreds of vendors, all for the love of pets.
“We have a lot of things this year, a lot of new things. We have a pig show, a dachshund race, a bunny hop, a turtle race, and then the favorites from years past are back like the pier dog races and the frisbee dog races,” said Rocco Lamanna, Pittsburgh Pets show manager.
Pet Expo closes Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
