Émilie Mesnier, an experienced figure within BSM Partners serving as Director of Product Innovation, has been appointed Vice President for European Operations, tasked with overseeing operations at the newly established office situated in Nantes, France. Hailing from France herself, Mesnier boasts over 17 years of industry expertise and holds a master’s degree in food science from Agrosup Dijon.
