Warrington-based Pets Pantry NW has successfully secured £150,000 in funding from River Capital’s Business Growth Loan Fund. The investment is earmarked for the acquisition of the trade and assets of Pets Pantry, a venerable retail pet store situated in Stockton Heath.
The acquisition endeavor will be spearheaded by Georgina Egerton and Ellis Walker, both registered veterinary nurses boasting over 25 years of cumulative experience in the veterinary domain. This strategic move not only enables the new proprietors to assume control of the thriving business but also furnishes additional working capital to fuel prospective expansion initiatives.
