Pet Fair South East Asia, slated for October 30 to November 1, 2024, in Bangkok, has garnered acclaim from Australian exhibitors who have participated in previous editions.
The three-day tradeshow is set to bring together key players in distribution, retail, and veterinary sectors, boasting participation from over 400 exhibitors representing more than 45 countries. Exhibitors are keenly seeking distribution, retail, and sourcing collaborations.
Chris Worthington, Chief Operating Officer at Nature’s Best, reflected positively on their experience at the 2023 event, noting the high caliber of visitors who showed interest in Australian products and their perceived quality.
“From a business standpoint, engaging with attendees keen on Australian products was a highlight. Personally, the ‘One Night in Bangkok’ networking event was also highly beneficial,” said Worthington.
In addition to an anticipated 15,000 visitors, Pet Fair South East Asia will feature over 30 conference sessions aimed at fostering innovation and stimulating discussions.
Worthington recommended Australian businesses consider attending the show to explore export opportunities in the Asian market.
“We noticed a significant presence from the Middle East as well, which differed from our experience at Interzoo this year. Building new customer relationships takes time, and our efforts in this regard are ongoing. The true measure of success will unfold over the long term,” he added.
Pet Fair South East Asia will be held at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre, offering a platform for global industry players to connect and explore new business prospects.
